In addition to all of the programs and services offered by Southern 7, our nursing staff are available to provide a variety of health screenings and other general nursing services. Some of the services provided are listed in the table below, along with the fee for the service (fees are generally revised each July).
The services listed above are available on a walk-in basis; however, we strongly encourage you to call ahead to ensure our nurse is available so that your waiting time will be kept to a minimum. Our staff are also available to bring many of these services to your site, such as industrial plants, senior citizen centers, health fairs, or schools. In addition to the above services, some of our staff are certified by the Illinois Department of Public Health to conduct Hearing and Vision Screenings.
